The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a user-first mindset, and an eagerness to learn how to create seamless, accessible, and visually compelling experiences for healthcare professionals and patients. You’ll work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to turn ideas into user-friendly digital products. Role & Responsibilities Assist in designing and improving user interfaces for PracticeSuite’s web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure design consistency and usability. Create responsive, accessible, and scalable design components aligned with our design system. Participate in UX reviews, user testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on design solutions. Support documentation and maintain visual design standards across products. Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, healthcare usability standards, and accessibility best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or technology environments. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design systems. Familiarity with prototyping tools and usability testing methods. Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
