You'll get hands-on training and learn valuable skills while working directly with clients and supporting our podcast production team.

What You'll Do
•Serve as the first point of contact for clients - answering calls, responding to emails, and providing excellent customer service.
•Help schedule client meetings and keep our internal calendars organized.
•Assist in managing podcast room bookings and learn how to operate podcast equipment and software.
•Support social media management tasks (posting, scheduling, basic content creation).
•Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and follow-ups.

What We're Looking For
•Reliable transportation to our office.
•Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
•Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
•Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and social media apps.
•Interest in content creation, podcast production, or social media marketing.
•Use and manage our CRM system to log client interactions, track workflows, and organize project notes.
•Positive attitude and eagerness to learn - no experience required, training provided!
