Licensed Insurance Agent

(Medicare)

$21/hr + OT potential | Full-time, 40 hrs/wk | Remote (Eligible States Below)

About the Role

We are expanding our enrollment team and seeking motivated Medicare Sales Agents to join us on a contract basis starting mid-September with the opportunity to become a permanent employee . This is a high-volume, phone-based role where you will support Medicare beneficiaries in finding, understanding, and enrolling in the best plan for their needs.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are comfortable on the phones, quick learners, and eager to grow in the insurance field .

Schedule

• Training begins in early September
• Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET to start; potential to be anytime between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET
• Every other Saturday shift required (based on call flow and accounts)

Compensation & Benefits

• $21/hour with opportunity for overtime
• Potential for contract-to-hire (through March and beyond)
• Hands-on training program (1-2 weeks, depending on experience)

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls throughout the day; provide guidance on available Medicare plans
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls when needed
• Shop plans and present clear, accurate comparisons to clients
• Answer questions, explain benefits, and walk clients through enrollment
• Maintain performance metrics in a fast-paced, call-driven environment
• Opportunity for OT and higher earning potential when meeting minimums

Requirements

• No prior experience required - we're open to entry-level candidates!
• MUST Be Certified as an insurance agent
• Need to have a Windows PC - Can Include : Acer, Microsoft, HP, Dell, lenovo, Asus
• Must be comfortable being on the phone all day
• Reliable internet connection + Windows/Mac computer with camera required
• Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently

Nice to Have

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Life & Health Insurance License (increases long-term retention opportunities)
• Prior call center, customer service, or insurance experience
