SALARY: Board-approved substitute aide rate: Minimum Wage plus $1.17

DUTIES:
Special Education Classroom Aide
Inspire, encourage, and develop young children, each with different abilities, challenges, and personalities.
Encourage students to develop personal styles and express themselves.
Evaluate student growth and enter data into the Teaching Strategies Gold platform.
Think creatively, make good decisions, and communicate effectively with others.
Work collaboratively with all building and/or district teachers and staff.
Prepare materials for lessons.
Perform required duties throughout the school day.
Take direction and work as part of a team.
