SENIOR HELPERS MCKINNEY IS URGENTLY HIRING A MALE CAREGIVER IN MCKINNEY, TX!! Are you a compassionate and experienced caregiver looking for a rewarding opportunity? Senior Helpers McKinney is seeking a dedicated male caregiver for a 30-hour per week schedule in McKinney, TX. This role requires experience with a Hoyer Lift and involves a split shift schedule: 4 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening, Monday through Saturday. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17 to $20 paid biweekly. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company, as well as ongoing paid trainings and support. • Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Safely transfer the client using a Hoyer Lift
• Assist with mobility, repositioning, and fall prevention
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping and keep the environment safe and clean
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders and other daily needs
• Comply with all the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Respect and maintain clients' privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Accompany clients with appointments and errands
• Engage client in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Male caregiver
• Experience with a Hoyer Lift is required
• Must have at least 2 years of professional, verifiable, experience working with seniors. - Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Own and reliable transportation- Social Security Card
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
