Key Responsibilities

Lead Quality Programs

  • Develop, implement, and oversee innovative quality initiatives that align with our organizational goals and meet regulatory standards.

Drive Performance Improvement

  • Partner with department leaders to identify performance gaps and establish sustainable, evidence-based solutions.

Monitor and Report Metrics

  • Analyze quality data to uncover trends, assess outcomes, and provide impactful insights to leadership.

Ensure Survey Readiness

  • Maintain adherence to accreditation and regulatory standards through thorough audits and ongoing monitoring.

Educate and Empower Staff

  • Deliver training and resources that promote adherence to quality standards and encourage a culture of excellence.

Maintain Quality Documentation

  • Ensure all quality-related documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available for audits.

Support Collaborative Efforts

  • Participate on cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination and improve patient outcomes.

Other Duties

  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned and uphold organizational policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required: Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Quality, or a related field

Licensure & Certifications

  • Required: Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
  • Preferred: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

Experience

  • 3-5 years in quality management, regulatory compliance, or a related healthcare field (required)
  • Direct experience supporting TJC or state surveys (required)
  • 2-4 years of data analysis experience (preferred)
  • Prior supervisory or management experience (preferred)
