This summer you could have the opportunity to work for one of the leading fashion retailers in North America, Chico's FAS is a company of three unique brands – Chico's, White House Black Market, and Soma. Our 11-week Summer Internship Program is the perfect way to gain work experience within the core of the organization.
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This internship provides the ability to apply formal course work studies into a career setting and gain an understanding of the roles of retail professionals. Internships are available in visual merchandising. Start developing the skills you will need when you graduate now!
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be exposed to the total business processes and procedures
• Gain an understanding of the roles of the retail professionals
• Assist with special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• Junior or Senior status at an accredited college or university
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Interest in pursuing a career in retail
• Excellent analytical and computer skills in MS office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
PROGRAM DETAILS
• The Chico’s FAS Summer Internship Program welcomes the classes of 2026 and 2027 college students to work with several of our brands (Chico’s, Soma, and White House Black Market) to kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-on with their department and receive professional development opportunities including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, etc., and participation in a collaborative team project.
