Job Description
Join our team as a Front Desk Associate and be the first point of contact for our patients. As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient satisfaction by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you are friendly, organized, and a fast learner, we would love to hear from you. Previous experience as a medical front desk associate required.
Duties:
Greet and welcome patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner
Check-in and check-out patients and their families efficiently
Answer phone calls and make appointments for patients
Handle complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Prepare patients' charts and confirm insurances
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Must be able to travel to our satellite office in Coral Springs as needed
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
