Nightline Flooring Solutions is a Lititz, PA-based company that provides a widerange of services to the consumer industry. We are a fast-growing, family-owned company with a lot of room for growth, and we are looking for an Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to work autonomously.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Office Assistant duties, including -
• Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments with customers and subcontractors.
• Coordinating customers’ schedules.
• Scheduling meetings with new clients.
• Ordering office supplies as needed.
• Payroll data entry
• Quick books Online
• Managing the office calendar. Prep paperwork for techs.
• Marketing ideas: Facebook posts, google posts
• Assisting with office manager projects as needed.
• Price out daily paperwork, go through paperwork at end of day with techs.
• Other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role in a construction or commercial office environment.
• Experience working on a team is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy of work in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal written) along with organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

• 35-40 Hours a week
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• 30 Min Lunch Break (daily)

Our company is a small tight nit group & we work as a team, so you must be a team player. We are looking for a well rounded individual with experience preferred. We are open to training the right individual. Starting time is at 8:00am until the jobs are completed for the day.

Must have a Valid Driver's License
Must pass a background check
