Job Title: Order Picker
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to pick parts from the warehouse for the production floor. Employees will move throughout the warehouse, predominantly on foot, to locate and retrieve the required parts. Once the parts are picked, they will be placed on carts, forklifts, or tuggers to facilitate transportation to the production floor, enabling the production team to seamlessly continue the assembly process and build units.
Responsibilities
Pick parts from the warehouse for production orders.
Utilize a cart to navigate the shop floor while picking orders and organizing products.
Assist the receiving team in checking and replenishing parts inventory.
Operate a pallet jack to move materials safely and efficiently.
Walk up to 5 miles or 10,000 steps per day.
Receive training and certification on a stand-up forklift.
Essential Skills
Material handling experience
Order picking and stocking experience
Experience with pallet jacks and packaging
Ability to read and write work reports
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
6+ months of warehouse experience
Willingness to learn forklift operation
Experience in a manufacturing setting
Ability to stand all day in steel-toed shoes

The work environment is very clean and belongs to an extremely large company with three separate buildings. You will work in enclosures within a large warehouse manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.83/hr.
