Electronic Services Supervisor

Location: Gettysburg, PA

As an Electronic Services Supervisor , you’ll lead the team responsible for ACH, wire transfers, debit cards, ATMs, online/mobile banking, and bill payment—ensuring every transaction is processed correctly, securely, and on time.

We’ll set you up for success if you have:

• Banking and payments knowledge – Experience with ACH, wires, debit cards, ATMs, and online/mobile banking platforms.
• Proven leadership – At least 3 years in electronic services or banking operations, with supervisory or team lead experience.
• Technical skills – Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with vendor systems.
• Organizational mindset – Ability to juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous records.
• Communication strengths – Clear written and verbal skills to support staff, serve customers, and work with management.

In this role, you’ll drive performance by:

• Owning daily operations – Oversee ACH, wire, debit card, ATM, and digital banking transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Leading the team – Supervise and coach staff, set clear expectations, provide training, and handle escalations with professionalism.
• Optimizing processes – Monitor volume and error logs, reconcile reports, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Serving as product administrator – Manage vendor relationships and serve as administrator for payment systems like Fedwire and Laru Clarity, addressing changes, issues, and upgrades.
• Driving projects forward – Take the lead on electronic banking enhancements, upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
• Protecting the Bank – Ensure regulatory adherence, business continuity planning, and operational soundness across all electronic services.
• Collaborating and reporting – Communicate clearly with the Electronic Services Manager, peers, and other departments to integrate goals and keep leadership informed.
