Pest Elimination Service Technician

Location: Streator, IL

As a Pest Elimination Service Technician , your primary responsibility is to provide safe, effective treatments and peace of mind to our customers. You’ll represent a company trusted since 1929 for protecting homes and businesses with professionalism, integrity, and care.

While your focus will be on service, you’ll also have the opportunity to support our sales team by identifying needs or recommending solutions — and earn extra pay when those opportunities lead to new or expanded services. There are no quotas or direct sales responsibilities.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: Full-time, 8-hour days
• Saturday: Overtime as needed (paid at time-and-a-half)

Compensation

• Base Pay: $17/hour
• Plus: Overtime, bonuses, and incentive pay for supporting sales
• Estimated First-Year Earnings: $37,000 – $45,000+

What You’ll Do

• Begin each day with a company vehicle and assigned schedule
• Perform safe, effective pest elimination treatments
• Inspect properties, diagnose pest issues, and recommend solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners/business owners
• Support sales by identifying opportunities and passing along leads
• Earn incentive pay when recommendations result in new or expanded services
• Maintain accurate digital service records using your iPad

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record
• Willingness to learn (no experience required)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces
• Safety-conscious and able to wear protective gear
• Able to pass a drug screen (no illegal substances or marijuana)
• Neatly groomed (trimmed facial hair required for mask fit)
