The Opportunity
We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Manager to lead multi-state plumbing operations across Georgia and Alabama. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams, solving challenges on the fly, and upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and code compliance. Dual licensure in both Georgia and Alabama is required. You will collaborate closely with project management, estimating, and senior leadership to deliver outstanding results on complex commercial and institutional projects.
Responsibilities
• Direct all phases of commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Supervise licensed personnel in both states and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and safety regulations.
• Mentor and develop field teams including foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and alignment.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling with project leaders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Partner with estimating to support bids, budgets, and pricing strategies.
• Track productivity, manpower, and profitability to maintain performance goals.
Qualifications
• Current Georgia and Alabama Master Plumber Licenses (required).
• Minimum seven years of commercial plumbing experience, including at least three years in a management capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge of hydronic, sanitary, and domestic water systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
