Job Description

Salary: $90k - $100k/Yr.

General Requirements for all Positions:

More than 10 years experience on Product management/Project manager

• Skill set expertise as related to each position
• Training of personnel to meet the required skills is to be provided by the purchased services supplier
• Additional requirements may be added by PO amendment later
• Resource should have familiarity with overall product management and deliverable approaches for development methodologies
• Working experience in Agile and Product Management
• Effective oral & written communications to both business & technical resources as well as peer to peer & upward communications
• Effectively Client out tasks, identify priorities and assignments
• Ability to use Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint for communication and project management activities as required by the position
• Supplier must document adequate resource bench and availability in these areas.
• Any awards to this will also follow the Client Master Service Agreement guidelines

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to organize a team through Standard Work documentation.
• Demonstrates superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between business, product manager and development teams
• Works with cross-functional teams to solicit status of project activities
• Owns the project status of product updates in coordination with Product line leaders and PO
• Collaborates with software engineering team(s) to understand technical solution in coordination with timelines
• Provides feedback to team members in the spirit of continuous improvement
• Familiarity with Lean. Experience managing bowlers, KPI's and action plans a plus
• Experience in Project management tools (Gannt Chart / dependency-based software)
• Experience in Project resource and demand planning

Basic Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Lean
• Familiarity with Client Aviation
• Knowledge in Agile and Product Management concepts and methodology
• Knowledge of custom software development lifecycle
• Knowledge in agile and collaboration tools including but not limited to: Rally, Aha, Confluence
• Knowledge in general technology systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Preferably Certified product owner

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $90k - $100k/Yr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
