Job Description

Is This Where You’re Meant To Be?

At  Green Arrow , we believe purpose and passion go hand in hand. So ask yourself?is this where you’re meant to be?

As a  Project Manager at GreenArrow, you’ll lead diverse infrastructure and electrical construction projects from planning to delivery. This position blends strategic leadership, hands-on coordination, and client partnership to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects that enhance community infrastructure while supporting GreenArrow’s mission to provide safer and smarter solutions.

Here, your growth matters. We’re a company that continuously invests in its people—offering meaningful work that evolves with you, continuous learning and mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. You’ll enjoy a collaborative, fun environment where life-long relationships are built and values guide every decision we make: Protect What Matters, Empower Our People; Unwavering Commitment to Our Customers; Trust Through Loyalty, Honesty, and Transparency; and a Relentless Pursuit of Excellence. Whether you’re based in one of our East or Southeast offices or working remotely from the Eastern U.S., you’ll find belonging, flexibility, and opportunity—backed by competitive compensation, annual bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

As our CEO,  Lloyd Kuehn , reminds us:

“We take pride in our mission to provide safer and smarter infrastructure solutions for our communities.  We differentiate ourselves in our markets because we have committed partners - our people - who are at the heart of business and pursue excellence in everything we do.  We focus on exceptional experiences for our people, including protection, development, and engagement.  Here, you’re joining a community that invests in you and celebrates your growth.  We are setting the standard for exceptional leadership and professionalism across our industry.”

That’s what makes GreenArrow more than just a company—it’s a community of collaborators, problem solvers, and growth drivers who believe that doing great work also means doing good work.

If this sounds like the place where your purpose meets your potential—then yes, this  is where you’re meant to be.

How You’ll Make An Impact

You’ll lead project execution end-to-end—scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety—coordinating internal crews, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of electrical and infrastructure construction projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Develop budgets, manage costs, and track project progress to meet deadlines and financial goals.
  • Implement risk management, safety, and quality control procedures consistent with OSHA, NEC, and company standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and inspectors, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Mentor project staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Drive process improvement and leverage technology to enhance project efficiency and transparency.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive experience managing electrical or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and documentation practices.
  • Experience with Procore, MS Project, or comparable project management software.
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and construction safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.
