Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Reports to: Business Development and Staffing Manager
Location: Washington, D.C.
Employment Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to support the District of Columbia Army National Guard (DCARNG) in Washington, D.C. This position is contingent upon contract award. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Create and implement medical policies and procedures for the National Guard.
- Develop and execute medical readiness policies and procedures.
- Promote health promotion principles and provide health care supervision.
- Develop and coordinate medical training for individuals, units, and leaders.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Security Requirements: - Must be able to obtain CAC clearance.
This position requires passing an extensive background check.
Qualifications: - Full and unrestricted RN licensure for Washington, D.C.
- BLS certification
- HIPAA trained and certified
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent and accurate written communication
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
- Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
- Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
- Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality
