Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges from $27.84 to $45.46, based on prior experience.
• Evening shift differential of $2.50 per hour.
• Night shift differential of $3.00 per hour.
• Weekend shift differential of $3.00 per hour.

Our organization features ten brand new, cutting-edge operating rooms designed for various surgical specialties, including general surgery, colorectal, breast and plastic reconstruction, urology, robotics, and neurosurgery, all located within the ACC at our facility. Our nursing team exemplifies professionalism, collaboration, independence, and critical thinking while attending to a diverse patient population. New nurses will receive orientation across all surgical areas, working closely with dedicated preceptors. After completing the orientation, nurses will be equipped to circulate in various surgical cases and service lines. Responsibilities

Job Summary

The essential functions of the RN role include, but are not limited to:

• Assessment and Reassessment - Conducts systematic evaluations of the healthcare needs of individuals, tailored to specific age groups and patient conditions, involving patients, families, and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Nursing Diagnosis and Outcomes - Analyzes assessments to establish nursing diagnoses and anticipated outcomes, engaging patients, families, and other healthcare providers as appropriate.
• Implementation and Coordination of Care - Delivers nursing care through interventions aimed at achieving goals and addressing needs, utilizing professional judgment informed by current evidence-based practices, regulations, and policies.
• Evaluation - Assesses patient outcomes by applying critical thinking and evidence-based knowledge to identify issues, evaluate information, and draw informed conclusions.
• Evaluates discharge requirements in relation to the care plan, utilizing available resources as needed.
• Professional Practice - Engages in ongoing professional development and practice.

Qualifications

Education

• A diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Licensure and Certification

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training or retraining is mandatory during orientation before providing patient care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications must be maintained through ongoing retraining for the duration of employment.
• Only RNs in Labor and Delivery and OBED are required to have ACLS certification.
• New graduates must complete the Nurse Residency Program offered by our organization.
