As a Relationship Executive within the Mid-Corporate Banking team, your role is to act as an "individual contributor" to the firm, growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking & Specialized Industries target space. You will be responsible for meeting business development goals, seeking opportunities to sell multiple products and solutions to clients, and anticipating their future needs. Your focus will be on delivering value-added solutions that help clients reach their goals and maximize revenues over the life of the relationship. Job Responsibilities Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset. Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships. Improve efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation and embrace new technological opportunities. Develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue-generating opportunities, cultivate referral sources, and build strong relationships. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Seven or more years of direct lending or credit support experience, focusing on business relationships. Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services. Knowledge of the local market. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and resources. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; a top individual contributor. Strong sales management and business development skills. FINRA Series 79, 63, and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or to be obtained within 180 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
