What You’ll Do:
Meet with credit union members via scheduled virtual calls (no cold outreach)
Help them understand and choose benefit plans tailored to their needs
Walk clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
Keep accurate client records and follow compliance guidelines
Stay sharp with weekly training and team development sessions
