Job Description

• An employer in the Telecom Industry is looking for a mid to senior Remote UX Researcher to support their team.
• The role will be much more qualitative, but the Researcher still needs to be able to work with and qualify quantitative data/research to create meaningful insights.
• This group supports internal products that agents in call centers utilize.
• This person will need to have in depth understanding of workflows and how to look at/work through them.
• They will conduct observational research, iteration research such as testing, conduct interviews and one on ones with agents, to paint the picture of what is going on at a high level.
• They will combine workflows with data analysis, and support a diverse group composed of researchers, designers, developers, business analysts, etc.

• 5+ years in a UX Research role Experience utilizing different methods for Discovery and Validation phases (Ethnography, Qualitative, and Mixed Methods)
• Qualitative studies (interviews - Analysis and UX patterns
• Improving the user's experience of using a product, such as making it easier to use and more enjoyable
• Experience with customer insights and market research
• Experience working on journey maps - Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience conducting workshops - Strong data analysis experience
• Experience consolidating large amount of research findings
• Experience providing Research Consulting guidance Insight Global
