With a growing portfolio of high-volume restaurants, the company continues to expand regionally and nationally while maintaining its commitment to quality, community, and team excellence. Position Summary The Vice President of Marketing is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s national marketing strategy. This leader will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative campaigns, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies that strengthen guest loyalty and drive traffic across all restaurant concepts. Lead brand positioning, creative development, digital marketing, PR, community engagement, and new restaurant launch campaigns. Oversee marketing analytics, loyalty, CRM, and digital advertising to optimize return on marketing investment. Partner with Operations and Culinary teams to align marketing programs with seasonal menus, promotions, and LTOs. Manage agency partners, media strategy, and internal creative resources. Ensure consistent brand messaging across in-store, online, and social media touchpoints. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team. Support the CEO and Executive Team in shaping long-term brand strategy and growth planning. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality brands. Proven success in brand management, digital strategy, and revenue-driving campaigns at scale. Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRM, guest loyalty programs, and paid media optimization. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA preferred.
