Are you a go-getter who thrives on creating new business opportunities? Join us as a Lead Generator and play a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying prospects and driving qualified leads to our sales team!
What You’ll Do:
• Identify and engage potential customers through direct networking.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them with our solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
• Track and update lead activity in CRM systems (e.g., Jobber).
• Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets to drive growth.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects quickly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with the sales team.
