Remote + Field-Based | Safety Services & Equipment Sales

M Squared Safety, a respected provider of safety services and equipment for the construction and oil/gas industries, is hiring a Sales Professional to cover our Southern California territory.
This is a remote role with daily field visits. Must be based in LA to SD area and must be available for in-person team meetings on Mondays. You’ll manage your schedule, build your pipeline, and close deals—your territory, your way.
What We Offer:
$75,000 base salary
Uncapped commission
• 10% profit on services sold
• 20% profit on products sold
$500 monthly car allowance + gas card
Expense account
Remote flexibility + field autonomy

What You’ll Do:
• Source and manage your own leads
• Visit at least 5 companies daily (Mon–Fri, 7AM–4PM)
• Sell safety consulting + safety equipment solutions
• Submit weekly sales reports
• Represent M Squared at sites and trade events
• Collaborate with our in-house safety team for top-tier service
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven B2B sales experience
✅ QSSP designation a plus
✅ Background in safety, construction, or oil/gas preferred
✅ Strong communication + organizational skills
✅ Self-starter who thrives in the field
✅ Comfortable working remote + independently
