Role: SAP Basis Lead Onsite

Location: Woodlands, TX

Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description:

- - Must have experience installing SAP landscape and products like SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, BW, P/PO, Solman, GRC, APO, GTS and SAP portal and maintaining them on an ongoing basis
  - OS experience : RHEL/SUSE
  - DB experience : HANA /MAX DB
  - SAP Basis Administration Expertise: Deep knowledge of installation, upgrades, support packages, and kernel upgrades
  - Hands on experience in System Landscape Directory SLD and OpenText Content Server Administration
  - Migration Experience: Strong background in SAP migration projects, OS-DB migration techniques, and system copy methods, System refreshes
  - Database Administration: Proficiency in Oracle, HANA, MAXDB DB administration and various platforms (Linux, UNIX, AIX, Windows)
  - OS experience : Administrating RHEL/SUSE, Windows
  - High Availability Systems: Hands-on experience with HA and Disaster Recovery setups, DR Drill, SAP sizing, and performance tuning
  - Solution Manager: Expertise in configuration, EWA analysis, and recommendations, Charms, Technical Monitoring
  - Transport Management: Configure new Transport routes, Trouble shoot transport issues, Set up control from audit perspective
  - BTP Administration : Experience with setting up subaccount and enabling services, tracking usage and optimizing cost
  - Hosting experience : MS AZURE and On-Premise
  - Backup/Recovery: Experience with NetBackup and change management tools
  - Certifications: SAP Basis certifications
  - Leadership Skills: Strong project planning, coordination, and leadership experience with large SAP implementations and Support engagements
  - Must be able to present to CAB board and drive end to end change management for technical changes
  - Must have experience leading basis team based out of India
