Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant to join our team and provide expert-level security support for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and GRC systems. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP security roles, profiles, and authorization objects, while ensuring compliance with organizational security baselines and governance models.

This is an onsite role in Atlanta, GA , and requires prior hands-on experience in SAP security implementations and upgrades, as well as familiarity with tools like SailPoint IIQ , Onapsis , and UI Masking .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations across SAP ECC , S/4HANA , Fiori , and SAP GRC landscapes.
• Perform security hardening activities to ensure compliance with organizational and industry best practices.
• Manage updates to security settings, including roles, permission sets, and field/object-level access controls.
• Support the creation and maintenance of Fiori Spaces and Pages aligned with business needs.
• Provide security guidance and support during implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve security-related issues.
• Ensure secure integration of SAP systems with identity management solutions like SailPoint IIQ or other non-SAP IDM tools.
• Utilize tools like SAP UCON , Onapsis , and UI Masking to enhance system and data security.
• Participate in audits and support compliance initiatives by ensuring correct segregation of duties and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 8+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with SAP Fiori security , including design of Spaces, Pages, and Catalogs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control , including ARA, EAM, BRM, and ARM.
• Experience with non-SAP IDM tools such as SailPoint IIQ is required .
• Proficiency in tools such as SAP UCON , Onapsis , and UI Masking .
• Proven track record of participating in at least 1 2 SAP security implementations or upgrade projects .
• Understanding of segregation of duties (SoD), audit controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications in Security or GRC modules.
• Prior experience in a regulated environment (e.g., Pharma, Finance, Utilities).
