Caseload: About 25 students in each building with a range of abilities

AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated School Social Worker to provide full-time, onsite therapy in Naperville and Lisle, Illinois. This FMLA coverage opportunity is split into two parts. The first half begins in October and runs through January, where you will support approximately 25 students across general education and self-contained classrooms at an elementary school in Naperville. The second half begins in January and continues through April, serving a similar caseload of around 25 students at a middle school in Lisle. In both roles, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ emotional, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Responsibilities

• Provide full-time school social work services, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-3:00PM.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address social-emotional developmental and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ social-emotional and behavioral skills across both classroom and individual settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Range: $46.00-$58.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
