Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and educational staff

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data to monitor student progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support consistent and effective interventions
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment conducive to student learning and development
• Participate actively in training and team meetings
