Job Title: Senior Change Manager
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite Preferred; Remote Option Available)
Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to join our team. This role will involve driving strategic organizational change initiatives, improving adoption of new systems and tools, and enabling employees to successfully transition through technological and operational transformations. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational change management, communication strategy, and digital adoption, with a passion for enabling transformation success across diverse teams.

As a Senior Change Manager , you will lead and manage all aspects of change management activities to support large-scale digital and operational transformations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and sustain change strategies that align with company goals and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply proven expertise in organizational change principles and methodologies, leveraging at least 7+ years of relevant experience; certification (e.g., PROSCI) is a plus.

• Develop and execute change management plans including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.

• Create and deliver engaging communication materials using multiple formats such as email, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Wiki, newsletters, videos, and infographics.

• Utilize graphic design and visual storytelling to communicate complex ideas effectively; proficiency with Adobe Suite (Express, Illustrator, Firefly, Campaign) is highly desirable.

• Collaborate with internal teams on digital adoption tool implementation and content development (e.g., Gainsight, WalkMe).

• Serve as a strategic advisor to ensure smooth organizational transitions during technology and process changes.
