General Summary:

Responsibilities

1. Act as a detailed-oriented first line of customer support to wireless carriers with technical issues, product questions, customer escalations, etc.
2. Be a “demand shaper” - Consolidate, maintain, and evangelize Qualcomm products and materials, provided by multiple business units or industry verticals, while driving aligned carrier offerings.
3. Promote Qualcomm's advanced offerings in areas such as 5G/6G, AI/ML, Infrastructure, Fixed Wireless, PON, WiFi, NTN, and others.
4. Manage technical tools/equipment and agreements needed for carrier product validation and testing.
5. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, engaging with technical and non-technical personnel within Qualcomm and the carrier through good communication, planning, and execution skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, product development, or related fields.
• OR Associate's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• OR High school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related Business field.
• At least 5 years in sales, business development, product management, or similar.
• Recent experience with wireless CPU, SoC, and modem technologies.
• Experience managing indirect sales and proven success in OEM product sales.
• OEM Technical Account Management experience is a plus.

Additional skills include wireless product marketing, competitive analysis, working with Tier1 North American carriers, and ability to drive product offerings through senior carrier management. Must be resourceful, self-starting, and willing to travel.

Pay range and benefits: $180,200.00 - $270,200.00 plus discretionary bonuses, RSU grants, and comprehensive benefits. More details available upon inquiry.
