MuleSoft, the industryleading Integration and API management platform, empowers enterprises globally to unlock data and accelerate innovation. We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join our Identity team at MuleSoft. In this role, you would lead teams to help solve the most important and complex issues our internal partners and external customers face with authentication & identity management. You will also take a key role in building the next generation of the MuleSoft platform extending MuleSofts integration capabilities with the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Agentforce, Tableau, and Slack to enhance our industry leading experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers across MuleSoft and Salesforce to drive interoperability between the two platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer support to deliver prioritize and deliver the most important identity investments for the MuleSoft Anypoint platform
  • Own and drive aspects of your product area from idea creation to delivery and adoption.
  • Develop comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and prototypes to effectively guide engineering teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Strategically contribute to the broader MuleSoft and Salesforce interoperable platform vision, ensuring alignment and cohesive product strategies across Salesforces diverse product lines.
  • Drive a roadmap that continues to power our MuleSoft and Salesforce products for Identity that changes and iterates based on their end user needs.
  • Engage directly with sales and customer support teams to deeply understand customer challenges related to MuleSoft integrations and translate these insights into impactful product improvements.

Desired Skillset

  • Experience working on a platform is strongly desired. Experience with Identity/Tenancy highly preferred.
  • Experience with Identity/Tenancy and building for multitenant platforms.
  • Knowledge of concepts around security, identity, building for multitenant platforms.
  • Topics include: open identity standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), security (encryption esp. with more usage of MTLS), public cloud based microservice infrastructure.
  • Direct experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform or other integration and API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Boomi).
  • Familiarity with API management best practices, Mule SDLC processes, and integration design principles.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS environments, CRM platforms, and data integration strategies.
