Job Title: Senior Video Podcast Host & Producer
Location: On-site Chicago Loop Office
Compensation: Base $80,000 + Performance Incentive up to $80,000 (based on defined content growth & impact KPIs)
Type: Full-time, Exempt

Were launching a high-impact thought-leadership podcast and video show that brings the voices of healthcare changemakers to lifeand were hiring a bold, charismatic host and producer to lead it.
Role Overview
As the Senior Podcast Host & Video Producer, youll be the creative and operational lead behind Neolytixs new content platform for Healthcare Provider Organizations (HCOs). You'll host engaging conversations, produce high-quality video and audio content, and coordinate with our offshore editing team to deliver a polished final product. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and subject matter experts to shape stories that amplify our brand and spark dialogue in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
? Host & Interviewer
- Lead all on-camera and audio podcast recordingssolo or with expert guests
- Drive dynamic conversations that balance substance with story
- Establish a distinct voice and tone that resonates with healthcare leaders
Video Producer & Showrunner
- Own pre-production: plan topics, write run-of-show, research guests, draft interview questions
- Coordinate shoots: secure studio/equipment bookings, manage set logistics, oversee A/V
- Provide direction to offshore editing team with clear notes and creative briefs
- Ensure consistent visual and brand identity across all episodes
Platform Growth & Optimization
- Collaborate with Marketing to amplify episodes via clips, teasers, and social campaigns
- Track performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversions) and iterate based on insights
- Contribute to short-form content strategy for LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid campaigns
Guest & Stakeholder Experience
- Book and manage high-impact guests (healthcare executives, clinicians, thought leaders)
- Create a professional and seamless guest experience from outreach to post-show follow-up
- Serve as the internal face of the showaligning teams and ideas to keep momentum going
Required Qualifications - 4 to 8 years of combined experience in podcast hosting, video production, journalism, or media
- Strong portfolio demonstrating on-camera presence and storytelling finesse
- Charismatic, trustworthy, and compelling personality suited for hosting executive conversations on camera
- Working knowledge of video/audio gear, lighting, framing, sound, and remote recording tools
- Experience managing production timelines and creative collaboration across teams
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare themes (RCM, provider operations, digital health is a plus)
- Strong writing and interviewing skillsable to pivot, probe, and clarify in real-time
- Ability to give clear direction to post-production editors (scripting, markers, timestamps)
Preferred Qualifications - Background in healthcare communications, business journalism, or B2B media
- Prior experience hosting branded podcasts or executive roundtable shows
- Comfortable interpreting content metrics (watch time, CTR, conversion)
- Understanding of SEO and audience growth strategies on YouTube and LinkedIn
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $ 65,000 to $80,000 (Depends on Experience)
- Incentive Compensation: Up to 100% of base in Year 1; based on performance milestones, including:
- Subscriber and follower growth across podcast platforms and YouTube
- Guest acquisition targets (volume and seniority)
- Episode completion rates and engagement metrics
- Influence on inbound leads and media pickup
