Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints & specs; layout and mark dimensions.
Operate shears, brakes, punch press, drill press, CNCs, and torches.
Edit CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy.
Adhere to ISO 9001:2008 & AS9100 standards.
Perform rivet, roll, shear, deburr, and assemble as needed.
Maintain detailed production documentation and machine upkeep.
Follow all safety protocols.
HS Diploma/GED or equivalent technical training.
5 7 years' experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T, shop math, and precision tools.
Experience with machine controls and routine maintenance.
Strong team player with communication skills.
