About the Role : This role involves providing specialized support to students with special education needs, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide tailored educational support to students with special education needs.
• Implement IEP goals and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to enhance the learning environment.
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with students and their families regarding progress and expectations.

Qualifications :

• Valid certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities.
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and teaching strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience and adaptability in meeting the varying needs of students.

Caseload Details : K-12 caseloads available, working with students with disabilities, various classroom types available.
