Specialized Auto Carrier

Well established, family owned and operated, respected auto delivery company covering Southern California, Phoenix, and Las Vegas has an opportunity for CDL, Class A drivers. Drivers with a minimum of two (2) year verifiable experience in driving trucks with manual transmissions are encouraged to apply; Preferred (1) auto transporter. If you are a self-starter, have a professional attitude and possess attention to detail, you may qualify for this opportunity. This full-time position offers top pay with incentives for professional drivers. Top drivers generate $1500 - $1800 per week. Incentive bonus for trucks exceeding $5,000 per week with 7 car hauler and $7,500 for 9 car haulers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Accurately and timely pick up autos from auctions and dealers; deliver to auctions and commercial customers
Most outbound Calif. Loads are staged at company yard
Responsible for auto freight inspection, and equipment as required by the DOT
Able to follow directions in preferred in English or Spanish and complete assigned tasks on time
We accept bi-lingual applicants and females encouraged
Spanish dispatch available
We offer daily schedules
Project a positive image to the public and potential customers
Secure load per DOT guidelines
Prepare documentation as assigned by the Operations Manager

Essential Qualifications:

Must be over 23 years of age
Two (2) plus years of driving Class A trucks and tractor-trailers combinations is Required
Offer Trainee wage 1 week at $500.00 without experience to train
Preferred (1) year auto transporter
CDL Class A is required
Must possess and maintain DOT Medical Certificate and meet FMCSA Medical Standards
Preferred: High School Diploma or GED- Accept: No Diploma
Mechanical ability and experience
Must operate manual transmissions
Must be able to meet DMV and Insurance Requirements (no prior convictions or citations for reckless driving, or driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol) No restricted licenses
Customer Service attitude and experience
