The Sushi Cook prepares fresh, high-quality sushi items such as rolls, nigiri, and sashimi in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation, food safety compliance, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The role supports customer satisfaction by delivering visually appealing and timely made-to-order sushi dishes.

In this role, you will help prepare fresh, high-quality sushi rolls to be sold in our store, as well as help customers with any made-to-order or special requests. You will work alongside experienced sushi chefs, learning traditional techniques and perfecting your craft in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
