Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in delivering strategic and operational HR support across the organization. This position leads efforts across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and organizational development.
• Use data to drive decisions and support talent strategy.
• Promote and support a strong organizational culture and engagement efforts.
• Oversee onboarding and assimilation of new hires.
• Provide first-line support for benefits, payroll, recruiting, and HR policy questions.
• Lead recruitment efforts and manage the hiring process end-to-end.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for retention improvements.
• Ensure accurate and compliant timekeeping and payroll processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on training, coaching, and leadership accountability initiatives.

Supervisory Scope

• Directly manage two HR Administrators; ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll and other key tasks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel regionally (~10%).
