Privately owned freight transportation company is currently seeking a Dispatcher. Hours are Mon-Fri 730am-5pm. On Call 1 Night per week and 1 weekend every 4-5 weeks. Weekends can be worked remotely. All you need is access to the internet. You can use your phone or a company phone.

Job Responsibilities include :

• Dispatching drivers
• Diagnosing, assessing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Prioritize work flow to meet our high level of customer service.
• Provide our Customers with the highest level of customer service via phone or email.
• Answering phones and email: HIGH volume, fast pace customer communication.
• Data Entry: Entering and updating information in our dispatch computer system
• Communicate customer needs to drivers, salespeople and other dispatchers
• Typing, filing and various dispatching and office duties as needed
• Assist Operations Manager as needed
• Set up driver routes
