Job Description

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Bonus: $1000! ($500 bonus after 60 days and $500 after 90 days)

Shift: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm 

Pay: $16.00 per hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• This will require the right candidate to have: 
• A high level of customer service experience 
• Attention to detail 
• Reliable – a record of being on time 

In this fast-paced environment -You need to be able to: 

• Perform all necessary job duties – including vacuuming, mopping, polishing floors, dusting, taking trash out, cleaning bathrooms as well as all other custodial duties at a high level of customer service 
• In addition you will be cleaning and decontaminating offices and labs 
• Be able to stand, bend and lift to 25 pounds on an 8-hour shift
