Position: Veterinary / Physician Recruiter - must have doctor recruiting experience

Responsibilities and Role

• Recruit for veterinarians, physicians, or nurses, as appropriate for client needs.
• Serve as an independent recruiter or business development manager within a 1099 freelance model.
• Source and manage clients and candidates, following a split-fee structure with potential to become the account manager for assigned clients.
• Operate under a no-micromanager approach and determine your own schedule and workload within the US (no territory restrictions).
• Negotiate client fees and guarantee/replacement periods with clients; ensure placement and timely payment to commence commission.
• Collaborate with other FoxMore recruiters for candidate sourcing while you focus on client relationships and standards for candidate submissions.

Compensation and Model

• 1099 commission-only model with potential to earn up to 94% of client fees; initial range 70-94% depending on revenue tier.
• Split commissions: 50% split when another Recruiter sources the candidate for the client you source.
• Virtual staffing option with 10-15% recurring monthly fees for certain accounts.

Positions and Fulfillment

• Full Recruiter, Recruiter|Candidate Sourcing Recruiter, Account Manager/Broker roles available.
• Roles include sharing responsibilities such as sourcing clients and/or candidates and managing processes in an ATS.

Steps to Get Started

• Step 1: Review and sign the agreement.
• Step 2: Provide onboarding information to the Program Manager and schedule onboarding.
