Job Description:
Global Freight Forwarder Corporation is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Agent to join our dynamic logistics team. This position plays a key role in managing freight operations, ensuring efficient warehouse handling, and supporting smooth shipment processes.
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and move freight manually or using a forklift
Prepare shipments according to documentation and shipping schedules
Perform inventory checks and update warehouse records
Operate within company safety standards and warehouse procedures
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external carriers
Use computer systems to update shipment statuses and manage inventory
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a freight forwarding warehouse
Valid forklift license (required)
Proficient computer skills, including Outlook and basic Excel
Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and English fluently
Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
