Retech Solutions LLC is a leading wholesale and e-commerce business specializing in consumer electronics and cellphone accessories. We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, receiving, and storage processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Order Fulfillment Supervision: Ensure timely and accurate processing, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

• Online Sales Coordination: Manage warehouse integration with platforms like eBay and Amazon.

• Inventory System Management: Supervise and improve the inventory management system.

• Project Management: Lead warehouse-related projects to improve workflow, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Procedure Development: Create and implement effective warehouse procedures and operational protocols.

• Employee Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess staff performance, providing coaching and development as needed.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to R2 license standards and warehouse regulations.

• Warehouse Organization: Oversee space optimization and overall organization of the facility.

• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and oversee warehouse staff, ensuring peak performance.

• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve warehouse-related issues promptly.

• Logistics & Shipping Oversight: Supervise shipping processes, tracking, and cost optimization.

• Business Growth Support: Implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and profitability.

• Facility Management: Ensure proper opening and closing of the premises.

Qualifications

✔ Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Tech-savvy with experience using inventory systems and warehouse-related software
✔ Experience with project management tools and methodologies
✔ Skilled in creating procedures and tracking employee performance metrics
✔ Proficiency in Excel, email communication, and business software tools
✔ Knowledge of online sales platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
✔ Spanish-speaking ability required
✔ Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
