Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team at Luminary Nail Systems! This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to grow with a forward-thinking company in the beauty and e-commerce industry.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Managing day-to-day warehouse activities
Assigning daily tasks to team members
Handling customer email communications
Managing employees, including time-off requests, performance reviews, and team development
Comfortable assisting with hands-on tasks, such as packing orders and product production
Processing invoicing and related administrative duties
Monitoring, maintaining, and ordering inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Able to stand for long periods in a warehouse environment
Self-starter who is highly motivated and proactive
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to manage a team of 6–7 employees
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify (experience preferred)
