Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate (RE-12)

Location : 218 W Yard Rd, Feura Bush, NY 12067

Duration: 3+ Months with possible extension or conversion

 

Available Schedule:

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

 

Summary

• Use your knowledge to ensure you properly receive incoming material; maintain accurate accountability of receiving, additions, and deletions for materials from the record.
• Prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements.
• Transport material internally.
• Execute standard procedures and assist Logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time.
• Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment.
• Assist to build a best-in-class service culture by driving positive Customer satisfaction.

 

Job duties:

• Transporting material
• Picking and packing using a RF scanner
• Shipping and receiving
• Ensure zero product delinquency
• Continuous improvement
• Execute standard procedures

 

You must have:

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and/or receiving
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)

 

We value:

• 1+ years of experience operating a forklift
• 1+ years of experience using a RF scanner
• The ability to work at a fast pace and meet rates
