Position: Window Cleaning Technician We’re seeking a reliable and friendly Window Cleaning Technician to join our team, helping to keep storefronts, homes, and local properties spotless while delivering exceptional service to our community. Responsibilities: Complete window cleaning routes—typically within one local area. Clean residential windows and commercial projects (e.g., office buildings). Wash awnings and perform pressure washing of sidewalks and building facades. Provide estimates for potential jobs when needed. Handle payments, issue change, and accurately complete work orders. Benefits: Flexible hours with commission opportunities based on work efficiency. Earn additional commissions for customers who sign up from your estimates. Enjoy working outdoors in beautiful San Diego, California. Paid training, uniforms, and all necessary equipment provided. Monday through Friday schedule with optional weekend work. Be part of a small, motivated, and supportive team. Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Punctual and dependable for consistent morning start times. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors. Comfortable climbing ladders (though most jobs use ground-based poles). Reliable transportation with valid liability insurance. Ability to read maps and follow route directions.
