An established executive couple with a ranch near Bozeman, MT, is seeking to hire a professional, career Butler to provide exceptional personal service to the family and guests. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, mature, energetic, and highly organized individual with a meticulous approach to their work. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who takes pride in attending to the principal’s preferences. This role will involve providing personal service, assisting with meal service, performing daily cleaning tasks, and collaborating with other staff to maintain the highest level of service and standards. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include assisting with the principals' personal needs, including managing wardrobes, maintaining inventory, and performing household errands. Additionally, the Butler will help with the coordination of major household projects and ensure the residence and guest cabins are fully stocked and organized. Qualifications: Must have prior experience working as a butler in a fine home for a private employer. The successful candidate is exceptionally organized, appreciates tidiness, and knows that a clean home makes life better. The right person will enjoy their work and embrace the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a positive and pleasant personality and be seeking a long-term opportunity. Schedule: Generally, a full-time schedule, daytime hours (e.g. 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Monday through Friday, with flexibility needed for occasional evening and weekend hours to assist with entertaining. The ability to travel occasionally with the family is considered a plus. Compensation: Competitive compensation will be offered based on experience, along with full benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a generous annual bonus.
