Job Description

*Daimanta* is seeking a *Phlebotomist* to support the Laboratory Department. The role *requires flexibility to cover both 2nd and 3rd shifts, along with weekend rotations.* The phlebotomist will perform inpatient and outpatient collections at the main campus, while also assisting with laboratory support tasks.

*Duration: 13 Weeks*
*Pay: $30 - $35*
*Guaranteed Hours:* 40 per week

*2nd Shift:* 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

*3rd Shift:* 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

*Weekend Requirement:* Every third weekend

*Shift Pattern:* 3 days dayshift + 2 days evening (with flexibility to adjust based on department needs)

*On-Call:* No

*Requirements*

* *Experience:* Minimum 3–6 months of phlebotomy experience (preferred).
* *Licensure:* Active *National/MA Certification* required at time of submission.
* *Technical Skills:* Experience with *Epic/Beaker* strongly preferred.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Perform blood collection and specimen handling for inpatient and outpatient populations.
* Ensure proper patient identification, specimen labeling, and processing.
* Provide front-line customer service, including patient registration and specimen accessioning.
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and laboratory standards.
* Assist in processing and preparing specimens for testing.
* Utilize Epic/Beaker systems for documentation and lab workflow (experience preferred).
* Adhere to all hospital safety, infection control, and compliance policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
