Job Title: Customer Marketing Coordinator

Location (Onsite, Hybrid, Remote):  Fully Remote candidates, no target location, as long as they are willing to work EST hours .

Initial Length: 12 months

Work Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday, Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by manager

Travel Requirements: None

PR Range: $30/hr. - $35/hr. On W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Marketing Coordinator/Specialist to support our growing customer marketing function. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about amplifying the voice of the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Reference Program & Asset Management

  • Maintain and regularly update customer reference decks and logo presentation materials.

Oversee the end-to-end asset lifecycle:

  • Upload new customer assets (case studies, videos, etc.) into Asana, Seismic, corporate web, and social platforms.
  • Archive outdated or obsolete assets across all relevant systems.
  • Perform periodic cleanup of the Customer Story Deck to ensure alignment with current priorities and messaging.
  • Review legacy case studies and flag for updates, consolidation, or retirement.

Internal Systems & Organization:

  • Collaborate with the communications lead to support internal distribution of customer marketing communications.
  • Maintain and organize the teams shared Google Drive, ensuring proper file structure and ease of access.
  • Help update and enhance customer-facing templates, such as customer notes, and assist with integration into Seismic.

Customer Engagement & Recognition:

  • Manage the customer gifting program using an internal online gifting platformensuring timely, personalized, and compliant gift delivery.
  • Create and maintain a centralized Logo Library and Customer Quotes Library for easy access and use by internal stakeholders.

Education: Bachelors degree required

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with platforms such as Seismic, Asana, and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management, marketing asset libraries, or CRM systems is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with customer reference or advocacy programs.
  • Exposure to enterprise B2B marketing strategies and assets.
  • Understanding brand compliance and content lifecycle management.
