What You Will Be Doing - Set up and run both physical and virtual events, such as webinars, live demos, and AMAs, using a streamlined, repeatable process.
- Maintain active, brand-aligned customer communities across platforms like Slack, LinkedIn Groups, and forums.
- Utilize GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Canva Magic to craft compelling promotional content, including email invites, social media snippets, post-event follow-ups, recap summaries, and community engagement posts.
What You Won’t Be Doing - Spending countless hours on manual content creation without AI assistance.
- Managing events without clear, structured processes and automation.
- Handling routine, repetitive tasks that don't contribute to strategic outcomes.
Event Producer Key Responsibilities Deliver impactful marketing events and foster dynamic online community interactions to elevate awareness, engagement, and customer retention.
Basic Requirements - Currently based in North America
- At least 3 years of experience running physical and virtual event operations
- Proficiency with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI) for drafting event and community content
Nice-to-have Requirements Experience with AI-driven marketing strategies and tools.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
