We are currently seeking front desk receptionist to join our team. Must have great patient care service and interpersonal skills, flexibility, good organization and time management skills, attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordination of patient care i.e. greeting and checking in/checking out patients, scheduling and confirming appointments
• Answer incoming calls, screen calls, receive and convey messages via HIPAA compliant messaging system
• Verification of current patient demographics and Insurances
• Must understand how insurance works (HMO/PPO)
• Collection of co-payments, deductibles, and patient balance
• Daily reconciliation of charges and payments
• Scanning and uploading documents
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the clinic
• Insurances referrals
• Must have worked with EMR system before

Other Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills English - Spanish (preferred but not a must)
