*Join Our Team as a Lead Journeyman Plumber in Bend, Oregon!*
We’re looking for an experienced *Lead Journeyman Plumber* to take charge of projects, mentor apprentices, and help drive our continued growth in Central Oregon. *Responsibilities & Expectations:*
* Lead and oversee plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (residential and commercial).
* Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
* Ensure all work complies with Oregon codes and safety standards.
* Coordinate with office staff, contractors, and suppliers to meet project goals.
* Maintain accurate records, including job logs, material use, and service documentation.
* Mentor and train apprentices and junior plumbers, fostering professional growth.
* Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
*Requirements:*
* *Valid Oregon Journeyman Plumbing License* (required).
* *Proven leadership experience* in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
* Experience managing service work, remodels, or small projects.
* Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
* Ability to pass a background check.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
